In most circumstances, we have a knowledgeable staff member available to answer any questions you may have right away. We don’t use a call or answering service like our competition. Answering services don’t know beans about pest control and simply can’t help you. Further, many times answering services and call centers lose important messages or mix up significant details. If we aren’t available to take your call, we want to personally and directly hear your message. Many times, if our customer’s leave a message on our office phone, we return the call within an hour or two. Heck, our entomologist doesn’t mind receiving texts day or night. It’s more of a hobby than a job!
